Our Classic “Girls” Candles and “Girls” Crema da Mano hand creams are made in Canada. All other TOCCA products (from our fine fragrances to our Voyage collection) are made in the USA.

TOCCA does not test our products or ingredients on animals. However, it is difficult to ensure that any of our products are 100% vegan because tracking that information for all of the trace components in all of the fragrance oils from all of our vendors would be impossible to do.

TOCCA works with the best fragrance houses and perfumers to develop the most exquisite, memorable, long-lasting scents in the world. Together we use a combination of the finest materials available, whether natural or synthetic, so that each scent lives up to the TOCCA standard of quality our customers have come to expect. Some of the most beautiful and sustainable scents can be found within the wide range of synthetic ingredients available today – they are equally as safe as natural ingredients and often times we use them as an alternative to their naturally occurring animal-based counterparts. Mixing synthetic and natural ingredients allows us to play with the spectrum of scents and create truly one of a kind, signature fragrances, as special as our customers so they can celebrate and love themselves with every spritz.

Our fine fragrances contain alcohol to preserve, blend and stabilize the ingredients. As the alcohol evaporates, the perfume opens up and its top, middle and bottom notes unfold. All our fine fragrances are paraben-, phthalate- and gluten free.

All of Tocca’s fragrances are created in accordance with the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) guidelines for the safe use of fragrance in all product categories. Please visit www.ifra.org to learn more about the stringent safety guidelines of the fragrance industry.

Depending on the product, our Classic “Girls” body products use some combination of natural essences of olive oil, calendula extracts, sweet almond oil, shea butter, honey, avocado oil, and aloe and are paraben free.

Our Voyage body products are enriched with coconut oil and vitamin E and are phthalate and paraben-free.

We use a proprietary paraffin wax blend that includes natural vegetable wax. Our wicks are 100% cotton.

The first time you light the candle, we recommend burning your candle long enough so the entire top layer of wax melts to avoid wax tunneling.

Trim the wick to ¼” after each use to allow the candle to burn more fragrantly and with minimal sooting. Do not allow the trimmings to amass in the candle.

Follow candle safety practices:
· Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep out of reach of children and pets.
· Do not burn candles near anything that can catch fire and avoid using in drafty areas.
· Place candle on heat resistant surfaces.
· Leave at least 6 inches between burning candles.
· Stop burning when1/2 inch of unmelted wax remains.
· Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

We encourage customers who have extreme allergies to consult a doctor or conduct a patch test before using any product. Please contact us directly if you have specific ingredient concerns.

Our laundry delicate was formulated to gently clean your delicates – from your lingerie and cashmere to your bathing suits. We suggest using 1-2 capfuls when washing your delicates in a sink full of water.

For larger loads, you can also use our laundry delicate in the washing machine paired with a scent-free detergent. When using a machine, we recommend using 4-5 capfuls to the desired cycle. (You may need to add more depending on laundry load size).

Ordering & Payment

Once you’ve added all your items to your cart, select checkout method, and enter your discount in the box labeled ‘gift card or discount code,’ on the ‘Customer Information’ page. Select ‘Apply’ button and you will see the discount deducted from your total.

You can only apply one discount code per order.

TOCCA offers free ground shipping on all continental U.S. orders over $80 (after any discount code is applied).

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be used for international orders.

  • Promotion code(s) cannot be combined with any other promo code(s). 
  • Discount cannot be applied to purchases of gift cards or bundles. 
  • Qualifying orders are based on the merchandise order subtotal after any promotion code and before applicable taxes are applied to your order.
  • Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to change or cancel at any time any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer. 
  • Promotions are available while supplies last.

We are able to ship to P.O. boxes via USPS.

When an order is completed and processed correctly, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number immediately. If you do not receive this email, or receive an AVS failure message, your order has not gone through.

An AVS failure (or Address Verification System failure) occurs when the billing address that the bank has on file for your card does not EXACTLY match the billing address you entered at checkout. TOCCA requires this to match to prevent credit card fraud. In the instance of an AVS failure, a pending charge will appear on your credit card, but will disappear within 7-10 days. If for some reason it does not, you will need to contact your credit card company.

You can also check your order status by logging onto ‘my account’ and then selecting order history.

To edit or cancel an order, click the cancel button in the confirmation email that is sent to you immediately after your purchase goes through. You have a 45 minute window (after you hit submit) to cancel your order. After this time, your order will be processed and you will be unable to cancel.

TOCCA offers free ground shipping via Fedex for orders over $80 (net of any discounts/promotions and tax).

For orders under $80, we offer flat rate ground shipping of $12 for orders shipping within the contiguous US.

Select TOCCA products require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations. These regulations may require additional shipping fees or, in some instances, may mean the shipment of some products to certain locations isn’t possible. We will contact you if your order is affected prior to shipping.

We require signature verification upon delivery on orders that total $250 or more. TOCCA cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Please inspect your order carefully to report any significant damage that occurred in transit.  It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at support@tocca.com and follow the steps below to facilitate a replacement. 

Please provide the order number, a photo of the damaged item and your email address and phone number. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.  Orders are processed within two business days.  During the summer months and periods of high heat, we may hold your order to minimize melting and damage to the product.

TOCCA ships via Fedex.  Shipments to PO Boxes are shipped via USPS. 

Standard ground shipping is not guaranteed by our carriers.  Our carriers have notified us that they are
unfortunately experiencing delays, which may worsen during the holidays.  During this time, your order may not have scans for several business days and may be delivered after the estimated delivery date. Please factor this into your order planning.

Covid Update: The health and well-being of our employees, partners and customers is of the utmost importance to us. We are continually monitoring this rapidly changing situation, and reassessing procedures to keep you, our valued customers, safe and informed.  We are shipping as usual Monday - Friday. However, processing and delivery times may slow due to coronavirus safety procedures. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from TOCCA with your tracking information. Click on the tracking number in the email to get updates on its journey to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We will be happy to accept returns of UNUSED/UNOPENED items purchased on tocca.com for credit in the form of original payment, less shipping charges, within 15 days of purchase date. Once a product is opened or used it is no longer eligible for return. If you’re unsure about a scent before purchasing, please inquire about samples. Products purchased at another retailer, must be returned to that retailer and are subject to that retailer’s return policies.
