Return & Exchanges

We will be happy to accept returns purchased on tocca.com for credit in the form of original payment, less shipping charges, within 15 days of purchase date.  Please include a copy of your invoice with the return.  All items must be returned in sellable condition (unused and unworn), including original packaging with original hang tags attached.  WITHOUT EXCEPTION, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON USED OR OPENED TOCCA BEAUTY ITEMS.

How to complete a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@tocca.com within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. Please have your order number ready. Valid returns will be emailed a Return Authorization number and RA form.
  2. Fill out the return and exchange form – please be sure to include the Return Authorization number provided to you and include the RA# on the outside of the package.
  3. Make a copy of the completed invoice for your records.
  4. Send the unopened and unused merchandise return to:

  1. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit the original credit card used for purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to TOCCA’s error.
  2. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
  3. Please specify the reason for your return on the return form - we'd like to learn how we can better serve you in the future!

Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

SALE MERCHANDISE IS CONSIDERED FINAL SALE, AND IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Unfortunately, merchandise purchased from our website may not be returned to our retail stores and merchandise purchased from our retail stores may not be returned to the website at this time. Please note that merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.

If the purchase was made with an online store credit, the return will be issued as an online store credit. 

Returns made beyond 15 days will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Damages

If your order arrives broken or damaged, please follow the steps below and we will promptly send you a replacement.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1.866.325.7122.

For fastest service, please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

 

Shipping Information

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
  • Subject to product availability, orders received Monday through Thursday are shipped within 48 hours; orders received on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday
  • All orders shipped via standard shipping should be received within 5 to 10 business days within the United States. You can also expedite your shipping for an extra charge. Please note: large shipments may incur an additional shipping fee.
  • At this time, we only ship within the United States and via Ground to Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes, APOs or other jurisdictions.
  • We require signature verification upon delivery on orders that total $150.00 or more.
  • TOCCA cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
  • When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
  • If you order online you can check your order status by logging onto 'my account' and then selecting order history.

Some items sold by TOCCA require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations, which may require additional shipping fees or, in some instances, may mean the shipment of some products to certain locations isn’t possible. We will contact you if your order is affected prior to shipping.

To protect TOCCA’s customers from fraudulent transactions, all orders are subject to review and verification. As part of the verification process, an order may be temporarily placed on hold in order to verify credit card billing information, which may include contacting the credit card holder.


International Orders

Tocca.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

Which Countries Do You Ship to?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Tocca.com. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

Are there any restrictions on what can be shipped internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship fragrances or matches internationally at this time.  Please email support@tocca.com and we will find an international retailer that may be able to help you.

Can I Check the Status of My International Order?

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped within New York State.

 

Gift Cards

TOCCA gift cards are redeemable at the TOCCA boutique at 605 Hudson Street, New York, New York.  At this time, gift cards are not redeemable on www.tocca.com.
