Return Policy

Return & Exchanges Policy

We will be happy to accept returns for credit in the form of original payment, less shipping charges, on all unwashed, unworn, unused or defective products within 15 days of purchase, provided you have the return form.

How to complete a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@tocca.com within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. Please have your order number ready. Valid returns will be emailed a Return Authorization number and RA form.
  2. Fill out the return and exchange form – please be sure to include the Return Authorization number provided to you and include the RA# on the outside of the package.
  3. Make a copy of the completed invoice for your records.
  4. Send the unopened and unused merchandise return to:

  6. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit the original credit card used for purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is a TOCCA error.
  7. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable.
  8. Please Note: WITHOUT EXCEPTION, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON USED OR OPENED ITEMS.

Please specify the reason for your return on the return form - we'd like to learn how we can better serve you in the future!

Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Please note: Only products purchased on TOCCA.com may be returned for refund or exchange.
Please note: TOCCA Gift Certificates can not be returned or exchanged.

Damages
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1.866.325.7122.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
