Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. TOCCA is not responsible for malformed addresses or typographical errors.

Important information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise excluding shipping and handling fees for orders shipped to NY. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to email us at support@tocca.com

*Purchases paid for with TOCCA.com Gift Certificates are subject to applicable sales tax. No sales tax is charged when buying TOCCA.com Gift Certificates.

Shipping Information

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
  • Orders received Monday through Thursday are shipped within 48 hours. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday
  • All orders shipped via standard shipping should be received within 5 to 10 business days within the United States. You can also expedite your shipping for an extra charge. Please note: large shipments may incur an additional shipping fee.
  • At this time, we only ship within the United States and via Ground to Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes, APOs or other jurisdictions.
  • Please make note that we require signature verification upon delivery on orders that total $150.00 or more.
  • If a signature waiver is in place, TOCCA cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
  • When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
  • If you order online you can check your order status by logging onto 'my account' and then selecting order history.

Some items sold by TOCCA require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At TOCCA, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
