Sales Account Manager - Tocca Beauty

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as Sales Account Manager.  The Manager will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

 

Key Responsibilities

-        Identify and cultivate brand appropriate new business opportunities

-        Oversee and collaborate with national multi-line sales showrooms across the US  

-        Maintain regular communication (phone, email) with wholesale accounts regarding sales needs and maintenance while providing excellent customer service

-        Support key account sell through by conceiving and implementing marketing and other support initiatives

-        Meet and exceed sales goals

-        Provide key account event support and trainings as needed

-        Assist Director of Sales and Marketing with administrative and daily needs of major accounts

-        Comfortable verbal presentation skills for product and retailer focused trainings

-        Assist Sales on any other projects, initiatives, or brand events

 

Personal Qualifications

-        Passionate about being part of a growing brand in niche prestige fragrance and beauty industry

-        Motivated, self-starter, organized, detailed-oriented, articulate

-        Excellent written and verbal skills for internal and external facing communication

-        Eliminates obstacles to accomplish tasks; a solutions-focused mindset

-        A team player with a flexible, entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude

-        Represents TOCCA brand essence with in-depth product knowledge, business acumen, and professional conduct

 

Requirements

-        Early to Mid-level employee with at minimum 3 years’ experience in beauty sales, account management, or similar

-        Proven record of success in sales

-        Strong computer skills, particularly Word and Excel

-        Experience within niche fragrance and beauty industry a plus

-        20-25% travel

Production & Planning Coordinator - Tocca Beauty

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and proactive Production & Planning Coordinator to take part in our dynamic multi-functional Beauty team.  The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, a quick learner and must show aptitude in a highly entrepreneurial environment.  The Coordinator will report directly to the VP of Product Development.

 

Key Responsibilities

-        Oversee production planning and inventory management

-        Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers

-        Issuing and following up on purchase orders

-        Negotiating vendor quotes

-        Research new suppliers & provide Manager with recommendations for new sourcing opportunities

-        Researching & sourcing product components for new projects

 

Required Skills & Abilities          

-        Excellent computer skills including strong proficiency in Excel

-        Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

-        High degree of comfort with numbers and spreadsheets

-        Ability to multi-task

-        Meticulous attention to detail and excellent follow-through

-        Well-organized

-        Self-starter
